Programs for Adults

An annual Newburgh Waterways Center membership ($20) is required for all participants in our programs (except drop-in kayaking). Your membership, which is good through December 31 of the current year, puts you on our insurance roster and ensures that we have your emergency contact information.

In addition, all rowers must sign up for an annual USRowing membership and be in compliance with the organization’s safety and insurance standards, which Newburgh Waterways Center is.  To join or renew your membership, visit the USRowing Membership Portal.  If you’ve previously been a member, log in and follow the instructions to find your membership number.  If you are joining for the first time, click “Join” and follow the instructions.  Choose Newburgh Rowing Club/Newburgh Waterways Center as the affiliated registration and, when prompted, use our club code, which is 3UU7Z. Membership costs $10.95 and covers you for a full year from the date of registration.
