Newburgh Waterways Center, an umbrella 501(c)(3) organization of rowing and paddle sport enthusiasts and water safety organizations, is reimagining waterfront programming for residents of Newburgh and surrounding communities. The center occupies the Ward Brothers Boathouse, which is located in Ward Brothers Memorial Rowing Park at 2 River Street on the Newburgh waterfront. The center’s bylaws are available here.
